About Klean Loop

Klean Loop is the tire recycling traceability layer from Klean Industries, recording every tire through the TyreNova process so recovered carbon black, tire pyrolysis oil and steel can be verified end to end.

Klean Industries has spent decades engineering advanced thermal recovery of end-of-life tires — recovering carbon black, oil and steel from a material stream the world produces by the billion every year. Klean Loop is the digital layer that makes that recovery transparent: an append-only chain of custody that follows each tire from collection to recovered product, carrying the carbon and environmental data alongside it.

Why it is focused on tires

Klean Loop does one thing and does it completely. Rather than a general materials platform stretched across a dozen feedstocks, it is built for end-of-life tires and the TyreNova process that recovers them. That focus means the events, the quality fields and the data model actually match the material flow of a tire recycling plant, without compromise.

Who it is for

The platform serves the people who need proof from a tire recycling operation: recovered carbon black and oil buyers, refiners co-processing tire-derived feedstock, licensees building TyreNova plants, auditors and investors. The transparency layer is delivered as part of the Klean, KBR and Yokogawa stack, and its first deployment is the Australian initiative with Viva Energy.

Part of the Klean Group

Klean Loop sits within the Klean Group, the family of specialist brands built around recovering energy, resources and clean fuels from material the world discards. It shares the group's engineering base and delivery standard, applied to the digital traceability of tire recycling.

One job, done with proof

Klean Loop keeps tire recycling honest by making every recovered tonne traceable — and that is the point.
