KleanLoop for TyreNova Licensees
KleanLoop for TyreNova Licensees
KleanLoop is offered to new TyreNova licensees as an added data layer — the transparency capability that sits on top of the licensed tire recycling process.
A licensed TyreNova plant already has the process, the engineering and the offtake-ready products. KleanLoop adds what makes those products easier to place: verifiable proof of what they are, where they came from, and the carbon and environmental data a buyer needs to report against.
Why licensees add it
Recovered carbon black and tire pyrolysis oil are worth more when they come with a chain of custody. Buyers blending recovered material into new tires or rubber goods, and refiners co-processing tire-derived oil, are under pressure to prove recycled content and environmental performance. KleanLoop gives a licensee the evidence on day one, rather than leaving them to assemble a traceability story after the plant is already running.
What the layer provides
The layer records the feedstock from intake to output, links each recovered batch to its source, and captures the carbon and ESG data alongside the material record — all on a distributed ledger that cannot be edited after the fact. It is added to the TyreNova plant, not bolted on as an afterthought, because it is built to read the instrumentation already in place through the Klean – KBR – Yokogawa stack.
Offered at licensing
KleanLoop is made available to new TyreNova licensees as part of the technology package, so the transparency layer is configured from the start rather than retrofitted. The result is a plant whose reclaimed output carries the same commercial credibility as the process that produced it.
License the process — add the proof
If you are licensing TyreNova for a tire recycling facility, KleanLoop is how you make the plant's recovered output verifiable from the first tonne.
